Get the Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.4) JDBC Drivers in http://www.oracle.com/technology / software/tech/java/sqlj_jdbc/htdocs/jdbc_10201.html

Add them to the project (Right click on Library -> Add JAR / Folder)
